    That is a real estate tactic used by Lowes. We have several examples in the Philadelphia Market of this as well. The current CEO of Lowes was the EVP of US Stores for Home Depot for several years. Met him several times. When he was passed over for promotion to CEO at HD he left & went to JC Penny's for two years until his non-compete was over.
    I know a LOT of HD people who have jumped ship the past couple years.
