Those were some of my favorite words. Hoping to get both of my boys up to Alaska soon. Have a friend with a boat who runs a bed and breakfast in Ketchikan. Love fishing...but really love fishing up there. Have a great time.

 

Thank you sir and will do. Fishing is in my blood. Pretty much grew up on Matagorda beach down here. But Alaska...some day for sure. We're bound for New Mexico next summer. He's fished red river with his Pawpaw a few years ago so he's going to teach me how to do some catching out there while we explore the state. But Alaska will see me and that boy some day for sure. And enjoy those times with your boys. As we know it goes by way too fast. If I could only get my daughter to come with us but she's a socialite and doesn't like to get dirty...but is a star athlete!

LOL a 19mm and 3/4 are interchangeable but not for torqueing real tight.ughh i may need basic mechanics class refresher course

Sadly the car nut is fading.
Very few young people want to get dirty, get cut, etc.

Sitting down with cars guys isn’t want it use to be.
When the guys around here sat down and talked, we had experience.
We did it ourselves

Now when these guys sit town and talk it’s all about how much money
They spent to have someone build something or assemble something for them.
That’s not really your car..
I would rather have something not as fast, not as nice that I built in the backyard
With no computer cad programs than shell out the coin.
But that’s me..
I’m old school.
I have things machined and I put shit together.
When I had access to the equipment I’m did all my boring, honing, head work.

You guys are a little slow on the coffee I've had 6 cups and stacked some firewood rewired the topper painted the back bedroom drove to chicago to get a sandwich and when I got back cleaned the gun and went shooting washed the truck in the rain then posted some stuff on yellowbullet and tacomaworld before making some lunch from some ham salad my buddy makes in his spare time cause he's the head meat cutter at save-a-lot food store and he has some extra ham laying around to make ham salad and then I took a nap.
