I always say, a closed mouth doesn't get fed!

If you haven't setup the buy buy baby registry (you can load shit while walking through the store, and get registry discounts)...it's worth the hassle. Also my wife setup "Babylist" which centralizes all the various registries you may end up setting up, I'm sure you guys likely now these things, but figured it worth passing on.

Freaking stealerships...they did the same to mine with the extra uggaduggas on my last freebie oil change. After that I did the same as you and went with that aluminum housing and this wrench: https://www.amazon.com/Motivx-Tools-Toyota-Filter-Engines/dp/B00XTAGHU0. I also added one of those Stahlbus oil drain valves while I was at it: https://www.stahlbus-us.com/oil-dra...rain-valve/oil-drain-valve-m12x125-valve.html.

    Much mo betta now!

That's a horrible idea. What time?
The have a couple of offroad packages on the Mini Me, the ones they build for the offroad, non-grocery getter crowd. Some details below the video. But I think it's still in the Escape frame family, which means less interior room than the Taco, and not much cargo room.

Ford had the big brother roaming around Moab last summer. Looked impressive.

Definitely impressive! Makes me wonder how much dealers are going to be marking these things up...

Depends on how many the factory can build. If the demand is high production is low, expect a good market up with the expect sign and drive depreciation. If they can ramp up production, it should keep the prices lower. I think they'd like to avoid the Galdiator market implosion.

Agree, but I bet there will still be dealers marking up these things regardless of the typical supply/demand factors. Look at the Raptor...plenty of those on lots for the past few years, but there are still dealerships marking up the prices well over MSRP. Not like the blue oval is the only company guilty of doing this, just saying it will likely be a frustrating aspect for common folk like me who might want to buy one eventually. I'm sure it will be similar to people trying to buy TRD Pros for MSRP...just have to find a dealership that will work with you. I haven't been educated yet on the Gladiator market implosion, and will have to read up on it.

I got the same tool and the drain line adapter (helps when up in the lift and making it into the oil drain dolly!!

Still haven't gone in on the futomoto or this drain valve mod...but the filter drain adapter and hose works well enough/keeps your floor oil free!

I laughed pretty hard when I read this, Ford has been making some odd commercials lately haha. On a side note I think the jacked up Bronco is cool but we have the wife’s Jeep which I also think is cool so no upgrade for us anytime soon.

Stealerships will mark up high demand vehicles, without a dought. One way to try and beat is to wait to model year end. When the new year rolls out, they won't want those hanging around. And they pay the factory a monthly "rental" fee until they sell them. A dealer back in MI had a special ordered loaded Flex that was some stupid price around 55k. It was sitting for nearly two more full models years before they let go for about 35k, well under invoice, full warranties and all. (I knew the guy who bought it.)

So...still covered in that good ol' pasture track mud and grass, it was rather entertaining hearing and seeing clumps flying off on the interstate! I drove it to work this morning to pick up a few last items ahead of tomorrows massive french drain project (aka buy buy "waterfront" property).

Hoping to swing through a self-service car wash, but am also tempted to hit up the auto spa. Since they do a combo of hand and automated washing...I think it might be fun to pull up and see the poor kid on the prep wash duty (undercarriage, wheel/tires, etc.) reaction! Best part is their response (and efforts) will dictate just how big a tip will await them!!!

Other than the self-serve wash and spraying down the fender wells while switching out my tires, I haven't touched my truck. My frame is caked and I love how my skid plate collects mud. For insulating purposes. I'm going to try to clean it this weekend. It's just bad.

Soem friends at work asked if my truck ever got dirty. So after Flagpole the first time, I left it dirty for week and parked near the gate for all to see.

Rite rite. Same here, No upgrade.

I do admit that I like that another manufacture is giving the Jeep some competition.

Damn! Seeing that thing bounce around in the vid with air pressures at max in the tires was funny. I watched it a second time to verify my thoughts of no airing down.

I agree, with our free market economy it’s about time someone gave the Wrangler some direct competition.

When I saw the first artist renditions I thought, "If the top does not come off, it will fizzle." I never understood why they did not make the FJ a hard top convertible with removeable doors.
