What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Baja Design Squadron WC.. and Baja XL80s on the hood

Swapped out my all pro standard leafs for the expos. Got some down time and good weather so I deep cleaned the truck inside and out and FINALLY installed the bed lighting system thats been sitting in my parts box for the last 5 months.

 

Went to my dads today to help Tanner Seidel put on his old man emu Dakar leaf springs on his 2016 third GEN Tacoma only took about two hours to do with everybody helping I will try and get a picture of his sick truck. Look him up at @Honeybadger on Instagram

 

Your 70 Le Mans came with a corporate 10 bolt rear axle, I know this because the rear axle that I replaced mine with came out of a 1969 Le Mans. The 10 bolt is stronger than the hotchkiss and I beat the crap out of the hotchkiss. The only exception would be if yours was a special order car with a larger engine and then it would have had a corporate 12 bolt.

 

That's the same grill as mine. I modified mine before installing it.

I do not, I bought it on eBay a couple years ago and it’s no longer available from who I purchased it from...

this one looks to be the same except black and not great like mine was. And $100 more...

I was planning on doing the same at some point. Definitely prepped myself for the PITA of getting that lower grill off.
