Looking at doing the 6112/5160 on my white 2020 TRDOR. I wouldn't be lifting the rear, just wanting to lift the front to level the rear. I've looked through this thread, but I have a job and a life so I can't dedicate time to reading through 200+ pages of info unless I'm getting paid to do so.

I'm looking for pictures of Tacoma's on #3/4 or #4/5 setting with no rear lift. If you can add your experience I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

I would probably go 2/3 or 3/4. 4/5 would put your nose high.

I went 1/2 and I think I actually lost 1/8-1/4" up front. I'm going to adjust it after I get my bumper on. You may want to go 3/4 to be safe.

This is a huge thread... anyone have had any corrosion issues on their 6112 6160's? I live in Utah with a lot of snow and salt...

I have seen some that look pretty bad after a year. Definitely want to try to protect them.

cool thanks. Just spray them down often after driving? Or is there anything you can do proactively on that?

I’ve seen online fox makes some shields for the rear that can help. Bilstein also recommends no boot because they trap moisture.

    I ordered my setup
    6112/5160
Icon AAL from shocksurplus.com in the beginning of December they had a false restock noticed I told them to keep the money and send them out when they arrived and they arrived this past Friday. I don’t know if they have any in stock but they were the best assembled price I could find anywhere online. I was $1452 out the door for the 6112/5160 and AAL with $11 procomp boots that won’t work or be needed. I hope this helps.

265/17/70 I have no complaints about the ride. It's more firm than stock but I'm happy with the way it turned out.

Awesome, I am installing 6112/5160 and an Icon RXT leaf pack with option 2 next Wednesday. Will have 165-70-17's as well so I am thinking of either 4/5 or 5/6 setting... just need to figure that out so I don't have too much rake.

Go 5/4 if you don't want the nose higher. I'm set at 6/5 with an 1 1/2" AAL. I have a shell and a RTT and it sits almost level with the weight in the rear. Maybe slight nose high.

That is what I have been leaning towards... but the Icon RXT pack option two is 1.75 with a 200 pound load. I have roughly 300 constant with a GoFastCamper and then for trips, a little more with my gear. So I'd assume it would be 1.5 in the rear when everything is settled. Your truck looks great. Is the long bed vs short bed a different factory rake?

Thanks. I got almost 2" out of the AAL, it has settled some. I think the rake should be the same regardless of the bed size. I am loading every thing up right now to head out camping. I'll measure to see where I sit fully loaded. With the canopy, roof rack and RTT I was just about level. Without the RTT I was still just under 1/2 inch higher in the rear.

Anyone find the 6112 in stock at all? I have my 5160s and Icon RXT Leaf pack in the garage ready to install. I'm thinking I may install the rear setup and then determine what setting to use for the 6112s.

Don't really feel like driving around with my back end up in the air for a couple months though...

Good luck finding them. I ordered mine in October 2020, got the 6112s in December. 5160s never came in so I slapped 5100s on the rear.
