Got an opportunity to purchase a white (black graphics) 2013 Baja Series with 62k miles for 24k in Texas. Has one bad front shock that will be replaced and going to a multi point inspection. Thoughts????123_1 2.jpg

A little of this and a little of that.
    Nice truck.
    I assume 4.0L V6 and auto trans.?
Reasonable mileage for 8 years old, and the 24K price is probably good, these trucks retain value.
    Carfax have any damage history?

Yep 4.0 auto. Carfax good with no accident history. 1st owner owned it up to a year ago. Second owner traded it in Gladiator.

Is this in addition to the 2017 truck listed in your signature?

I have two Tacomas, so I understand the desire to add to the fleet...:anonymous:

Is it a steal? no. But that is simply the best iteration of the 2nd gen ever made, and assuming it was cared for, it's an awesome truck with lots and lots of life left.

I had a 2011 TRD Sport. Sold it. Drove a 2017 for 18 months, bought a 2013 AC SR5 4x4. Oh so happy. May be the last combustion powered vehicle I buy. I'm maintaining it as such.

    Do it.

Great truck! I have 143k miles on my 13 and it runs a like new. Lots of suspension choices or you going to just replace with the oem baja shocks ?
