    Went back and gave it another shot, @tonered I just felt for it to lock in like you said and it's a lot better! Looks clean and flush with the tweeter cover. Hopefully I can get that top bolt cover to stay on

    Sort of diminishes the Plug-n-Play side, huh?

    For the cover, just be sure that the two snap prongs are not bent and are going down the bolt hole.

    Just a suggestion, when I did my install, I checked the edges of the grab handle where the covers go on. There was leftover mold flashing in there. I used the X-acto knife to cut it out/shave it down. That might help with getting the covers flushed down.
