    They didn't get a better deal, what happened is the sales person didn't properly record that the specific truck you reserved was sold. Then the sales manager got a call from another dealership that wanted that specific truck so they dealer traded for it. It happens very often, I really hope it has nothing to do with you being female. Give them an opportunity to get you the right truck within a reasonable time frame. Use this situation to, like mentioned above, get some free accessories or maybe further discount on the truck.

    I can promise you they don't want you to just take the deposit, they would much rather sell a vehicle.

    I hope they fix this issue for you properly, I am sorry that it happened to you.

    So salesman marked it sold. Finance took deposit. Has all paperwork, and still not communicating? That is hard for me to believe.

    You would be surprised how hard a 7570 Cement/REd is to find. Heck a 7570 Cement - there are I think 5-6 in the country.

    This is coming from experience because I am a sales consultant at a dealership.

    They want to sell the truck, give them a couple weeks or whatever time frame you believe is reasonable.

    They'll make it right, if they are worth a damn...

    Walk in to the dealership and ask to speak to the manager. When you speak to the manager, then ask for the owner of said dealership or find him on the internet.... we can help with that;), you can send him a very detailed transaction at his dealership.
    Then talk only to him.

    Unfortunately most dealers take advantage of not just ladies. From my buddies' and my experience they are all scumbags.

    It means there are other dealers that are glad to compete for your business. Go talk to them!!

    You know what sort of deal you got from the first place, now go match or beat it.

    When i got the GM of the dealer involved, things got done real fast. Not the owner but that worked for me right away. I found GMs name online and figured out what his email was.
