    My dealer's website did not have any emails, just the names of the employees. I knew my service manager's email, which was hisname@dealersname.com. So i did the same with the GMs name and it worked.

    Not sure if this applies in your neck of the woods. Good luck!

    Happens all the time. I’ve worked at a dealership. There a lot of moving moving parts and I’ll assure they all don’t communicate the way you wish they would. They offered you their options, let them find you a like truck or walk. Your choice. And no you won’t get a Pro cause they messed up like someone mentioned.

    You've got a name, just call and ask for them by name. Ask like you're a friend "Hi, Is Terry around?" "Who's this?" "This is Julia". Don't offer anything more, they'll usually feel awkward asking for anything more.

    You can also Google the GM's full name and Toyota and you'll get a direct line 2 or 3 sites down.

    No, they'll fuck anyone. Similar thing happened to a buddy of mine but without the deposit. Gave him the run-around, said they had truck for test drive but then didn't, said they'd bring another one in but couldn't - no more in the province (there were, but none at their group of dealerships), finally "found one" in one place (buddy wanted to see/drive it) but wasn't really there (different city) etc
