    It's going down!
Dobinsons 3" IMS lift, SPC UCA, new Moog LCA, front sway bar relocate, longer rear sway bar links, Metal Tech coil conversion kit (with the traffic cones from Partsouq), Nitto Terra Grappler 285/70/17s and FN Overlander Spec A wheels.

So it's basically gonna be a built overlander rig..... :duh:

I was getting too good gas mileage and hated the very comfortable ride....

Here's how to bypass tpms on an 04 GX470. Pretty sure 06 is the same. Only need about 1 foot of spare wire.

    - Disconnect negative battery cable.
    - Remove scuff plate + kick panel passenger side.
    - Loosen and set back ECU.
    - Loosen and set back black cover under glove box.
    - Locate TPMS module attached to black cover.
    - Cut blue wire going into TPMS box.
    - Butt connect or solder spare/extra wire to harness side of blue wire.
    - Find a ground, photo below. It was behind the ECU. Gold bolt.
    - Attach extension wire to ground.
    - Done, put back together.

    Scuff plates:

What does one do with the blue wire that dangling out of the white clip?

Wrap in electrical tape and/or or cap it off.

Ok done for the day. Back at it in the morning. I did a 3" rear lift but not long travel. Was told I didn't need extended rear brake lines but at full droop they are tight! So longer brake lines are in the future.

Has anyone ever pulled the engine out of a 470? The trans and tcase seems easy to separate off the engine. All that’s left is misc harness/vacuum lines/shit to unhook and the motor Mount bolts, right?

Asking for a friend. The friend is me. I’m asking. I want to pull my engine out. :anonymous:

Figure it’s easier to do the timing belt/water pump, cam seals, rear main, long tubes, SAIS delete, new oem starter, etc all at once with the engine out...plus easier to clean all the caked on oil and shit off the engine and clean the engine bay.

Call me crazy but it’d be a good opportunity to knock all that shit out at once with minimal pain. :notsure:
