Oxygen Sensor

My engine has been idling rough only after it warms up. It seems to idle smooth when you first start her up but after driving it for a while the engine starts to idle rough when sittle still. I have checked vaccum lines to check for leaks and they look okay. My next thought was the EGR valve but I had a gear head buddy tell me that I should start with replacing my Oxygen sensor. I have called for pricing and of course the OEM Toyota parts are outrageous so I called a local parts store and I can get either a Bosch sensor or a Denso. The Denso is a little more and has to be special ordered and the Bosch they have in stock. Does anybody have any experience with either sensors? Is one better than the other?

I have already replaced the air filter and cleaned the MAF. I have a 2000 Tacoma (5VZ-FE) V6

 

I am guessing the IAC is somewhere close to the throttle body? Thanks for your help.

I have read that I should use carburetor cleaner to clean the IAC, Is this correct or do they make anything better to clean it with?

Do you put the full pint of Seafoam into the gas tank or pour it into the engine straight in?
Does it matter?
Is one way better?

Okay. I have cleaned my MAF and replaced the air filter. I also cleaned the Idle Speed Control Valve and the throttle body for good measure. My truck still idles rough and now when I crank it up I have to give it a substantial amount of gas or she feels like she will shut off. I remembered that I filled my fuel tank with the cheap 87% Octane Sam's Club fuel. Last night I was down to a half tank of the 87% and decided to top it off with 93% and now it seems to be running better, cranks up a little better as well. Could this be to a bad oxygen sensor? My understanding of how the oxygen sensor works is that it regulates the fuel/air mixture, is this correct?

Heads up, I got my Denso AFR sensor through Amazon for $99. Saved insane amount over stealership pricing. If you can wait a few days for the package to arrive its totally worth the wait.

 

I called the Toyota parts department and according to them, my Tacoma does not have a AFR (that is placed on California spec vehicles only). I have an Oxygen sensor in its place. I will replace that and see what happens. First I will run my tank dry and put some fresh fuel as you suggested and see what happens. Thanks for your advice!
