265/75R16 let's see them

Can anyone with the C range 265/75R16 Duratracs confirm that they have white lettering on only one side and black on the other?

does anyone know if I’ll have any rubbing if I add 1.25” spacers on 265s wildpeaks? i have the sr5 wheels. I think +25mm offset?

I plan on getting wildpeaks soon, but wanted something to give me a little “poke”

I added two inch spaces with BFG KO2 265/75 r16s and had no rubbing before or after level kit was added. I'm pretty sure you won't have any issues with tire rubbing.

Great info! I recently got a set of defenders - stock size - to replace the original GY Kevlar tires. These Defenders are my 3rd set of tires on the truck (I replaced the original set of GYs with another set of 'takeoffs'). I was really debating which tire to go with. I drive a lot - I've had my truck 2 years (this week) and have 89K miles on it. Probably 20% off that is in 4WD (on our horse farm and around our river trails - nothing real intense). My son has a 2002 Tacoma and he has Duratracs on his truck. I really like the look of his tires and they perform wonderfully off road (he gets into some more intense areas than do I). My son spends 85% of his time off road. I was concerned that the Duratracs were not suited for me, but the look of the Defender made me think it might lack when I was in certain areas. So far - 5-6 hours off road and about 1500 miles on road, I am VERY IMPRESSED!!! I would have felt much better had I seen your post before I pulled the trigger on these tires, LOL.

 

Kudos to you for getting out of debt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm 58...the biggest mistakes I made in my younger days was...DEBT on depreciating assets. There IS a fine line on enjoying life and being financially responsible...I did not appreciate that line till much latter in life.

 

They do, those are the tires that I currently have. Love them so far, no complaints.

 

Hey guys, I have been reading through this thread. I'm trying to upgrade my wheels on my 2019 tacoma SR in the next few weeks. Also trying to decide whether to go with a Bilstein lift or leave the suspension stock.

Will these wheels 17x9 work with a 265 tire? Do I have to pick a 16 inch rim, as it seems like there are a lot fewer options.

No. 265/75R16 means 16 in rims.

I was surprised to see that after switching to Cooper AT3 4S 265/75R16, my speedometer is dead on, when measured using Google maps on my Pixel.
