The cross country skiing is at a golf course. Apparently you can't play golf very easily when there's snow covering the course.

Machinist neighbor only has 240v SP. He installed a converter (inverter?) to 3P in his shop. I'm sure it wasn't cheap, but not 100k.

I have a machinist friend who lives near me and he did the same thing. He has a Bridgeport and a lathe in his shop. His converter was less than $150 I think. He can only run one at a time the way he has it set up.

Another ammo story, yesterday at local gun shop, some people came in and the gun shop owner has some american bull mastiffs. The people are loud saying the dog scared the crap out of them. The owner says they are nice untill the door is locked and if you try to break in you are done. The people kinda nervous ask got any 6.5creed ammo? Owner says nope.

I think he picked up that they were being a bit shady
