Been up since 2. Moved wrong in my sleep and had a series of muscle spasms hit my back and hip. Muscles are all out of whack after that. Tossed and turned and cat napped until now. Gonna be a long day.

Still snowing a bit here. Got dog tracks on the front deck. Not Coco's and too big for Rosebud. Gotta investigate.

Breakfast was good. All the healthy things, venison, eggs, bacon, potatoes and peppers.

I know sleeping is a challenge sometimes for me too. I dearly remember the days when I could fall asleep on a hard floor without a pillow and sleep like a baby.

Morning. Well cases continue to climb so plans for kids coming back has been pushed out until the 22nd of February. Gives me some breathing room anyway. Lots to do to get ready. Spent the whole day Friday trying to figure out a design for our classrooms to accommodate 12-16 students and still maintain adequate distance. Not going to be easy...Hope you have a great weekend. Stay Safe...Stay Well

Same here, as long as its not mine that are getting kicked. Dunkin Donuts makes far better coffee.

Sounds like you need a good massage to soften up that crick.

No thanks. Tall people are faster and don't get the downstream aftereffects of the chilli.

    thanks!

its a pain in the ass - literally and figuratively

never used to be an issue for me to sleep either - and my brain feels all fuzzy if I dont get at least 7 hours. this 3 and 4 hour sleep schedule sucks!

    thanks Andy.
    hows things at the villa?

    thanks Chuck!

slowly getting better - more good days than bad and the bad days usually turn around pretty quick. not sleeping decently is the worst part to deal with right now

I'd like to do a massage but I'm honestly afraid of having anyone touch me most days. even when i'm feeling good i know im just one wrong move away from a bad day

spa day for Chebby - took him to the carwash because I was tired of looking at his crusty ass. Missed a few spots but he looks better now that he's mostly blue again.

Something seems off this year. Two years ago they never left the nest, with an egg in it, without one of them being there. Now they leave it for hours. Of course the ravens are going to come in. :(
    :annoyed: Sorry to hear this.
