I have a phase Converter for the milling machine.for the low horse Powermotor

Phase converters tend to get expensive when you need 50 amps of 3 phase 480VAC

 

I run into similar simple problems that can cost companies an easy $400.00 to $500.00 in travel time .

Part me can understand being safe and cautious but really simple things switches in the wrong position

work cables chopped in half ( Not a word about Work Clamps) wire installed poorly so it gets wrapped around the wire hub and shorts to the case.

Wire drag to loose or as tight as possible .

There are times when I think having a mill and lathe, welder, torch would be nice to have at home. I've got 3 friends that have mill/lathe and even more friends who are certified welders so that makes it easier to go without my own. I would need a new 40x60 shop minimal anyway to set up properly....I want to be done working someday!

If you have the Room go bigger 40'x60' gets small real fast speaking from Experience.

 

I carry all the time when I'm not in uniform. Home, out, driving, showering, swimming, golfing, snorkeling, pooping, camping, mountaineering, hang-gliding, bear wrestling, fish wrestling, noodling, .. It don't matter the time and place, I'm carrying (while not in uniform).

yeah...that! I got oil change done on sons car, now not sure what up next. I have news on for about 20 minutes, about enough of that bs. Need to go get certificates for my neighbor, that was sure nice of him to help me out.
