Installed TRD Pro Grille on my TRD OR. Plasti dipped the TACOMA letters to go with my theme. Got grille from Empyre Offroad, and it came with the raptor lights. Worth every penny.

I got the same kit for Christmas. Did you use the supplied switch or use something different? I bought a ch4x4 switch to use in my dash for mine and was playing with the wiring today. The lights work fine but couldn't get the illumination to work on the switch. Tried wiring a few different ways but never got it to work like the others already installed in my truck. I'm guessing it may the because the wiring doesn't have a relay but I'm not sure. Wanted to make sure it would work proper before I install everything. I'm stumped right now and need to do some more research.

Added some new pinstripes (not gonna buff out this time) up and back to McIvers Cabin with the family.

Apparently there was a group that didn't think I'd make it up there.

Only thing I noticed was a clang in the front left a couple times coming off a couple things, sounded like linkage maybe? Is there a common failure I should look for?

Also used all the armour. If you're on the fence about sliders and skids, just do it.

Aired down to ~22, made it way more comfortable. Unfortunately haven't installed the onboard air yet so I had to drive all the way back home at that (not too far). Once I get the air in I'll be more comfortable going lower even. But then I'll need a little lift to make up the loss... It's only money right :D

See if your switch is like one of these types.

Its a ch4x4 switch with 4 wires. I have a light bar and ditch lights that both run off of the same type of switch. But they both have a wiring harness with a relay and 3 wires running to a stock switch that I replaced with the ch4x4 switch. My current bed lights don't have a relay and there are only 2 wires to wire it up. Yes I can make the bed lights work but the illumination for the "lights on" and the "dash lights" are my issue. Guess I'll play with it some more tomorrow. I'll look over my other wiring harnesses and see if I can get some ideas for a solution.
