5100s with Eibach coils or OME

Newbie here. I have recently purchased some 3rd gen bilstein 5100s. I want to know which coil won’t sag as much the ome or the eibach?

I think ima roll with with eibach. I would set the bilstein at the highest setting but I don’t wanna sacrifice a rough ride. I’ll let the eibach coils do the lift

 

That’s the big debate on here about ride quality. IMO FROM 3rd setting to Fifth I went. Ride is no different. I also have e rated tires. DGAF. I’m not a fussy dude like some on here. Ride to me is great.Wouldn’t change a thing. What I would suggest is look into some UCA’s. Well worth it IMO.

Yep ..E-rated tires offer greater protection...but I hear it makes the rides rougher!..

One day Aftermarket seats will offer built in shock absorbers...lol..
They make them for big rigs and boats...any size boat too...

I'm on the 4 th. perch and my son's truck is on the 5 th and no difference in the ride. In fact both trucks are set up identical.

 

Ops title say’s OME or Eibach coils, but some of you guys are suggesting/ comparing OEM coils.

The 5th perch and a one inch rear block will make it dead level, best to use a 1.5 inch block of aal to get a slight rake. Mine being on the 4th and a 1.5 tapered block gave me a slight rake. Dood luck, the ride will be just fine either on the 4th or the 5th.

 

I’ve got 5100 and supposed 3” eibach coils. Had to crank them up to nearly the highest setting to get 3” my truck rides like shit compared to stock.

 

Might be the coils, mine both drive and ride great. Blistein designed and states to use the factory coils with the 5100s. That might be your problem.

 

My truck came with 5100 and factory coils. I got the Eibach for the lift and didn’t think I should have raised the setting but I had to anyway. The Eibach 3” springs gave me zero lift.

 

Yep, gotta be the springs is my guess. Shouldn't ride bad on the top setting with stock coils. My son's ride great on the 5th.

 

I have 5100's with OME886 coils, with 5100's on lowest setting. SSO hybrid slimline, Warn 12000 steel line winch, RCI aluminum skids, and it sit 2" up from stock and rides excellent. Handles great offroad and rides way better than stock onroad.
