    I do a lot of OCs for friends. Meijer put M1 products on sale....including M1 EP. That's one of my buddy's juice of choice. He said snag a enough for 2 OCs for his Sequoia.

    Yesterday was a dumpster fire for sure, just plum worn out. We ran the entire evening... I gotta load my old wheels and tires into the truck here soon as I've finally sold them. Do not feel like doing it right now :laugh:

    The factory offroad wheels from my 2009. Wheels looked like crap, but had new rubber on them. Not making much money on them at all, but I need them outta my garage. Ironically they're picking them up in a white 4 door Tacoma as well. Hope they show, FB Marketplace can be a crapshoot sometimes. Meeting in the grocery store parking lot for good measure...

    I was waiting.

    But that was his call. Besides....it's a cartridge filter. Nothing to mess up. No can to leak, no ADBV to mess up. At least the Fram cartridges have end caps....even the cheaper Extra Gaurds do. That's more than can be said for a lot of the supposedly "better" ones.

    If you're looking to stick with a 20w....check out the M1 EP 5w-20 (what was in my pic). It's a nice heavy 20, coming in at a 9 at 100° C. 30 weights start at around 9.2 or so.

    I'm on the fence about non-oem cartridge filters. I can pick up the 'Yota ones at the dealer with the drain plug washer for $7. Gonna be nice now that both my Toyota's take the same filter.

    I don't normally sell stuff, but for something like that I figured it was a good idea. Too much "stuff" in my garage for prying eyes. Now when I sold the S10 on there it was a little different. At that time I could snoop who the person was and they were actually a friend of my co-worker and lived locally.

    Morning, kids.

    Been snowing here constantly for 2 days. ZERO accumulation. It dusts up then melts. Net result gray and soggy. Putting christmas away completely. Football. You know the drill.

    :cheers:

    Cartridge filters are a little different animal than spin-ons. There is much less to worry about. Cut open a spin--on and pull out the media. Boom you have a cartridge filter. In cartridge filters, the Fram Tough Guard has been my choice. Good filter, nicely constructed, good price and available everywhere.

    In the spin-ons I still like my Ultras though

    @Delta09

    This is why I prefer the Fram Tough Gaurds and Ultras catridge filters over OEMs. The Frams (even the cheap Extra Gaurds) have end caps to help stabilize the media.
