Yes and no. First let me state I am pro-right to bear arms.
Now, in Mexico it has gotten so bad the cartels are so heavily armed that a hand gun that the common person might be able to afford in Mexico would only get them into more trouble if they pulled it out on a drug cartel member.

With that being said (I am not up on the Mexican gun laws), had they been allowed from the get go things might not have become so bad.

There needs to be a balanced mix (this does not mean a 50/50 balance) of what the government controls and what freedoms the people are allowed. In Mexico they focused on with holding guns but not controlling the criminals who used them anyway, hence what Mexico has become.

Last, I love chile relleno's, I prefer mine with beef.

Actually, it is. School districts have the right to form their own rules and regulations as to whether to allow firearms on school property -- the same as private businesses. They can't arrest you for it, but they can sure as shit ask you to leave.

No kidding. Guess what the guy who walked into that school board meeting didn't have the right to carry a firearm, either. But when you allow adults to carry onto school grounds, you erode the ramifications. "Oh, I was just taking to my dad." Or, "well, I've been getting bullied a lot and my uncle gave it to me. Teacher Smith gets to carry one in class and I see parents with them all the time!"

Sure you do. Many situations are very predictable. I can confidently say that the chances of a high-emotion exchange is infinitely greater at a school-board meeting than at the local coffee shop.

Looks like a dog ate a pile of shit, then threw it back up, and this was the outcome.

I dont go poking fun at canadia for kissing the queen of Englands butt... we are free men in the USA...(for now anway) and people have always hated us for our freedom. The constitution has always been a ratical idea to narrow minded people who boast of freedom but are slaves.

Forget the board members being lucky, I think the woman that was dumb enough to sneak back in and try to knock the gun out of his hands with her fucking purse is the luckiest she's lucky he didn't put one right in her head right there.

i think we should all have guns and should have stand offs over everything. you took my table. stand off. you need to carry a gun your a pussy. someone pulls a gun on me i asume they have no fighting skills and need a gun. so im going to charge them and probably kill them with my bare hands before the gun goes off. or grab what ever is sharp around me and stick it in there jugular. maybe we should all be aloud to carry 12'' blades and start knife fighting. i mean thats where the real internal rage can come out. i love how no1 comments on the woman who Risks her life and charges the dude with her purse. fucking dumb bitch. back to the point. obviously know one here sees there real point. all of this was over money. dudes wife lost her job because some suit dummy signed off on it and doesn't even remember who she is. i mean we say where free but in actuality nothing in the country is free. maybe a soup kitchen. slavery to money in order to eat and survive is what draws people to violence. i don't understand how thats so hard to figure out. and i love how everyone trails off on trying to poke fun of canada. typical americans. i would give anything to live in a country where the government cares enough to give free health care

ok..I would agree if a school was a busness and not paid by tax payers. Its just like the state parks that have allowed carring guns... and for kids it would be like one saying thats my dads booze in my lunch box and my uncle gave me that dip. yes many situations are predictable and school board meetings end up in gun fire about the same amount of time that coffee shops do.. but at least you can carry a gun in starbucks just in case some criminal has had to many latte's and freaks out. guns are for protection. the more extreme places you should be allowed to carry a gun. That would be like saying.. you cant go down town with out a gun.. people get shot all the time.. if you have a gun and you are down town you have a higher chance of getting in a "high-emotional exchange" with some one who is trying to rob you and shoot some one.. we cant have criminals getting shot now..... only law abiding citizens

Well, that just about does it for this thread.

    Wicked post, repped.

And thank-you to the person who left me negative rep. I'm sure you're ballsy enough to carry a gun, but not to leave your name.
