Avoid Shockwarehouse - Public Service Announcement

Man, some of ya'll really make me wonder. Items being on backorder, shipments delayed by weeks or months, is not the problem. Going that long with zero response from a rep is not good customer service, and really shouldn't be acceptable to anyone. That's what the OP's gripe is. COVID hasn't made email any slower. If you're selling a product and have made an agreement with your customer (like a shipping window), you owe it to that customer to let them know if you can't do what you promised. Slipping schedule is understandable, radio silence is not.

Dude is caps-locking out because ya'll making fun of him for having a valid complaint. Get a grip.

Seems you didn't read some of the responses yourself; general statements were made about our situation now.

Though it was agreed with the OP that the specific company listed here is overall one that doesn't value their customers considering they've had this issue since before COVID was a thing.

He just seems to be selective about what he's responding to; you look to be doing the same now.

 

Did he miss this part of the ordering process?

 

Life hack - If you don't click that box it means you don't agree and they are obligated to procure and ship out anything you order without delay.

 

I read all the responses, namely the ones that are, you know, pertinent to the OP's situation. My comment is directed at those responses, hence "Some of ya'll". Come on.

 

Shame on you for not looking into the business you ordered from before you made a purchase. Yeah they might still be open but at what capacity. No sympathy for you here. Live and learn.
