Yep. I won't preorder anything, who needs stupid skins or weapons that end up useless after 20 minutes of gameplay. I got too excited for Cyberpunk and paid full price. Same for Borderlands 3. Should've waited for steam sale. Normally I won't buy anything above $15.

 

I have Metro 2033 that I got for free forever ago. At the time my little Compaq couldn't take it, and never ended up playing it. Looks good and have heard good things about it.

Last and only thing I pre-ordered ever was Fallout 4. My family was hype about it and everyone got a copy but me so I thinkkkkkk either @Slashaar or a friend got it for me.
I'm pretty good at avoiding the hype train with media. It'll be $20 on steam sale in 3 years. That's usually fine by me. There are a few games Josh has ordered shortly after release that were really hard to turn down like Monster Hunter, Cyberpunk looked pretty fun too.

I came up with a rule of thumb for buying games that helps me decide sometimes, which is requiring an hour of fun per dollar spent on a game. If I'm not gonna put x amount of hours into the game, then it's not worth the x amount of money.

 

2033 is a great game the next in the series is last light then exodus and i love all of them

 

Satisfactory has been worth the $24 bucks. I had 60 hours in the the first week, lol. I did leave game on overnight but still, whew.

 

I just finally got C&C Generals: Zero Hour to work on windows 10. So booya for 17 year old rts

 

I discovered this morning one of my cats has started hot tubbing

ya its great game but the multiplayer is trash the game still needs a load of work to make it better but its great fun

Not really happy with my garage, big part of which is the short ceiling. I think I'm going to rip the attic out of it.

 

Yeah... at least leave the rafters? Those are usually important.

Currently has trusses. Planning to rebrace everything to raise the ceiling at least 4-5 ft. I want to leave the current structure over the garage doors as a loft
