Neutral safety switch, crankshaft position sensor alarms constantly, I’ve gotta tear it all out and clean up the plugs I believe. Rear hatch actuator and ecu fried.. had about 6” inside. Just had a shitty half frozen water crossing and just could not get up over this 36” ice shelf. I had an arb diff breather for the rear, and the fitting didn’t hold.. I ended up with water in my rear diff. Luckily I travel prepared, and on a whim I decided to pop out my fill plugs to check about 25 km later and noticed the rear had tons of water in it.

Afterwards we saw a guy in a 2nd gen Tacoma blow a CV and pop a tire smashing the shelf trying to get over it with speed.... even after we all warned him to try it slow and we’d be ready with a winch..

Probably a dumb question, but I’m gonna throw it out there to verify I’m not missing something.

Replacing my rear diff breather since it’s stuck shut and gonna extend it while I’m doing it. I used fuel line to run it to the gas cap on my last truck, but I have a decent amount of silicone vacuum line left over from replacing my engine vacuum lines. Since this is just to vent the rear axle and not seeing much, if any, pressure this line wouldn’t need to be as sturdy as fuel line correct? The silicone line should be fine to use then?

Silicone will absorb oil over time but I see no problem using it if it's what you have around. I have my pvc on my T100 routed with pvc and it's discolored around the barb but it still does its job. My Tacoma has a lot more blowby and it started weeping oil through the hose.

Those look like they stick out farther. Do they use the original bolt holes?
