that's kind of what I thought. although I've seen there's a difference between penny stocks where some have a proper company with a product tied behind and some just seem to be space fillers almost. And some people consider 10$ stocks penny stocks? Must be people with a ridiculous amount in their brokerage. I've gotten into SPAC investing some, BFT will merge with Paysafe(a leader in Gaming industry online payment and numbers wise ahead of PayPal and square at equal point in development) and CCIV who is rumored to take Lucid Motors public.

I know I'm kind of rambling on but I'm attempting to learn and differentiate a true "penny stock" from a stock that is as small as a penny to someone uber rich.

 

Buy whatever you want except crypto...You could buy a fractional $TSLA if so inclined...

Do we have to post what are trades are or can we just post trade dates and profit/loss after the end of the contest?

Also, I finally read the OP. You mention to the rookies that they get 5 free day trades before PTD rules kick in. That's wrong. It's 3 freebies in a 5 trading day period. On the 4th trade you are considered to be a PTD per Finra.

I think in good sport it would be nice if people posted what they initially invested in, and any time they made a significant change or P/L. Up to the individual though.
