    Went the speed limit for once, took an extra hour but the mpg was worth it.

    Good morning everyone.

    Daughter returns to college today. Classes begin tomorrow.

    Wife and daughter had Covid tests Friday at a drive thru type facility and I got tested at work. All negative.

    The college is doing temperature checks and only one additional person can be in the dormitory at a time with daughter.

    Hoops to jump through with this damn virus. :annoyed:

    Stay safe out there.

    @MTgirl

    Is there any aquatic centers in your area? I had an Aunt that suffered from muscle cramps/spasms with back and leg pain for years. She found relief in therapy pools and water based exercises.

    Of course, you could always jump into one of Yellowstone’s hot springs...

    Good morning TW. It was cold Friday night but the weather was perfect. Gulf was FLAT, sandy "green" and tide did us no good as it was still way out on Saturday. Only neighbors were coyotes, coons and deer. Friggn bliss. He found an old sea turtle nest - all eggs cracked and of course no turtles and a star fish that washed up on shore. Nothing but great memories. And yes, he put it on his dad again by catching the only fish - a nice little whiting. I wouldn't have it any other way. :thumbsup: Now we're counting down the days until we head out to Big Bend ranch state park. And no people around for miles. :D

    Y'all have a great week ahead.

    EDIT: We were down about 20/25 miles day 2 and 3. Anybody headed that way should be aware the last mile or so before mansfield channel is closed as they are dredging the channel. We're headed that way when the dredging is complete - I think later this spring.

    The dawn had a really unique look today, with the snow covered trees and the sun just beginning to rise over the horizon.

    Ok. It's just a little bit today. Just enough to look beautiful, painted on the trees.
