How much did you save by going inside?

 

Is the texture like a sandpaper consistency? I am wondering how it might feel hopping up onto it with shorts on. Too rough on the knees?

It's highly textured but not exactly rough like a lowgrit sandpaper.

Nice score! What do the wheels weigh?

 

According to their website, 35 lbs. I’ll weigh them myself once I start swapping tires around.

I just weighed my current wheels and they’re 28 lbs, so really not too much more.

 

Not too bad if you are already used to the 28lb feel. My current wheels are 19lbs so jumping up to 35lbs would feel super sluggish.

 

Psh, you drive like a grandpa anyways lol

 

Wow, that's pretty good really. I have Hutchinsons which I like but they are so damn heavy at 54lbs each then add a 60lbs tyre.
Eventually I'm going to look for a lighter option.

 

How much did that all set you back if you don't mind sharing with the group?
