Not so much, sometimes a wife does something so heinous that you simply have to change. You are fortunate that yours didn't do that to you.

Life bro, hopefully you bought a "PRO" to use it in the dirt.
If this is so then this will be the least of your worries if "used" in the dirt for what the truck has to offer!

I have more scratches and door dings from idiots parking next to me at the back end of the parking lots because I tried to park at the back into the parking lots and other morons not paying attention then I have shit like what you have above

Good luck bro and life goes on!

Interestingly enough, I've never gotten a door ding on a vehicle I've bought used, but I have gotten them on every single New vehicle I've ever bought, and usually within the first month of owning it.

No, a good detailer should tell you it's NOT a good idea to get rid of orange peel on an OEM paint job.

A custom paint job on the other hand, have at it.

It’s called paint correction factory paint is shit but most people won’t notice a few flaws. It’s why they bring in the new Porsches, Mercedes, high end Lexus, etc. the guys that buy these can afford perfection and don’t mind dropping some cash to let a detailer make it nice. What I see around here is consumer level products and YouTube video how to things. What I’m saying is the products and techniques are proprietary. Why would a guy that does this for a living give away his secrets?

Yeah, but the vehicle we're talking about is a Toyota with an OEM paint job. Didn't know wet sanding was a proprietary technique. Give away his secrets is laughable too in the age of Youtube.

Are these guys high end enough:

I could give the smart ass answer but I'll skip it..

Give her a hug and tell her no sweat, just deal. I know if it's me and my wife gives me a hard time about something like this it will lead to a battle which I have the time nor desire for especially in present day life.

My mother ran her car down the side of my dads 1st gen rear fender while arguing with my sister for turning the music too loud. She had a gouge from the rear door all the way to where the side mirror exploded. Right before I was about to go to high school for the day. That was a fun morning lol.

Tattoos are cool but I like them better on my body

I said something like this to a young lady who rearended my old truck..left a tiny scuff on the middle bumper part that you couldn't even see unless you stared at it, bent her license plate up which I managed to press back into place..told her she couldn't have planned it better for us both. Made her feel better since she was a new driver

Look at the bright side, you can now give up detailing it every weekend and taking pride in its appearance. Go ahead and throw some engine parts in the bed, let the dog crap in the seats, and get some cat hair on the hood. Its broken in now.

This is why you are on the outside looking in. Good luck with YouTube, Facebook and the Internet in general.

Damn I guess I need to go back and check the resumes of all the posters on forums I've gathered advice from. They can't possibly be reliable to speak on a topic in which they aren't employed.
