I'll probably always be turning them on independent of each other depending on how camp is setup.

Got my S1’s mounted last weekend and wired them up this morning now that my switches showed up.

what gauge wire did you use for each of the s1's? they have individual wires for power running to each correct? Single ground?

I ran a single 12 to both switches(probably overkill), then out to the lights I ran 16’s from each switch to the light it controlled. (Both power and ground were run this way)

Know what's BS? I had my daughter driving our old PT cruiser (don't laugh, it was a hand-me-down). The fog light switch broke (Stuck ~25% on ), but to replace it meant pulling the steering wheel and replacing the whole stalk ($$$). I said forget it and just pulled the fuse. Inspector said if the car is equipped with fogs, then they must function properly. Ended up dropping ~$300 to replace the whole stalk. (Looking back, I should have tried to manufacture some kind of smooth, factory looking covers to make it look like they weren't even there (Base model prob. did not have fogs). That damn Chrysler nickle and dimed me to death...

Has anyone played with running one of these off of a 18650 based battery pack? Im thinking for a bicycle light or a helmet light.

There is potential that it would work. You would have to put at least 3 of those in series to get enough operating voltage. That might last you a little over an hour of usage.
Of course this is all theoretical, so it might take more fiddling around to get it to what you need.

Yes, asking what the best lift is and asking how big of tires you can run.

The hot spot in the middle is actually two XL lasers. They really reach out there.
