    Same.

But, I understand why a club like RL4WD would need to have a zero alcohol policy. That way they don't need to rely on their members to have good judgement. And liability reasons as well, I'm sure.

I prefer to hang out with people I trust to make good decisions. That's why I'm not to interested in joining or forming a club. When you take people's money, you open a whole can of worms.

So, these are on private property?

About 20 years ago I had this ornery woman working for me. At the end of the occasional rough day, I'd grab a six pack and pop one and head out for the 8 minute drive home. This unhappy person saw me doing that and told me she was going to report me to the police. I asked her why. She replied that her dad was killed by a drunk driver. I could understand her concern, but I asked her if she'd prefer I have one on the way or go down the block to Tony Franks and drink for a couple hours before driving home. She figured it out.

they do have private ground that is for members only. I have not been to any of them. But from what video and pictures I’ve seen they look to be quite challenging to easy depending on the routes you choose to take.
I guess I’m more of the overlanding type and like to see what’s over that hill or down that road type and they have activities for that also.
My rig is my DD so I can’t get to stupid so I stick to the easy to moderate stuff. There is also nothing that says you can’t crack a cold one after a days run back at camp.

Sure is a slow monday on the ol internets I see. Lots of people trying to find loops around the idea that being impaired and driving is dangerous to yourself and the people around you.

In other news, I saw a great looking Quick Sand 3rd gen on Fish Hatchery today. Had a nice looking roof rack. Does anybody know who owns this?

There’s a similar one I often see on Cottage Grove road that has some very cool bedside graphics. I wonder if he’s a member here.

Yes. For instance the one I obtained in fredonia is at Camp Awana. Christian family camp. Have cabin rentals. Very family friendly. 120 acres and they met with a few ppl from RL4WDA and agreed to allowing us to make some trails. Also on a lake for fishing and swimming.

I don't think it was him, didn't look like 35s. But then again we were going opposite directions.

    Who owns this private ground?

I tend to be on the trails all day when I'm by myself. I usually stop and have a beer every 2-3 hours depending on how things are going.

As I said, I understand why organizations like RL4WD need to have policies against drinking during trail runs. If I join a similar organization, I'll gladly abide by their rules.

JDF stuff is currently "unfulfilled" but per my convo with them, in process. Their LT bits are built all the time, but the LCA pivot plate is built to order. Axles are inbound from CVJ. Shocks are...? inbound from CO.

Just heard that the LCA rack is being built this week. Things are looking up! A reminder that anyone who wants any of my take-offs is welcome to have em.
