Once upon a time there was a team of about 10 people in the creative dept, but we stopped doing e-commerce directly and only do wholesale so they laid off everyone but me and one other guy. Then covid happened, and he got axed so yes...it's just me now. If I get swamped I can ask our guy in IT for help as he's pretty much the only other one here that knows how to work on my side of the website.

I dunno, most of the delivery drivers around here drive like assholes so I don't know if I'd want them to have 400+hp at their disposal.

It is, except with this covid economy you never know. Already had one scare last September. But yea my job is the only reason we're still here, my wife owns her own biz and can sell, relocate it or operate remotely if needed. My current job/career really only exists in larger cities which is what we want to get away from. At least the well paying versions of it. And honestly I would love to get out of a studio/office and into a career with more hands on work. I just need to figure out what that is.

Some people are really good at up and changing their circumstances and taking on something completely new and unknown...I, however, am a creature of habit to a fault so I'm sort of learning to let go of the kinds of 'assurances' I think I need in order to make a big change. I'll get there, one day lol.

I know for sure I want more $ saved up and set aside for certain things before we do it, so that's what we're focusing on this year. As well as figuring out the 'where'.

I never imagined what a drop diff kit for a Taco would be like. Interesting to see it.

You can always move to the mountains. If you can find a good job things are afordable and there's a lot of fun offroading

All it is, is two 1" or so thick washers between the diff mounts and the bracket/cross member. And longer bolts. So all it really does is tilt the diff downward in the front, the term 'drop' is deceptive.

Yeah the Truckee area is on our list of potentials. Right there in the northern Sierras and maybe an hour to her mom and brother in Grass Valley.

Grass Valley is a potential too but...I don't know if I want my mother in law coming over every day

yeah there's the argument too that it wears the diff mount bushings out faster, I've had the diff drop installed for a few years now but if I had known how little an affect it would have, I wouldn't have bothered with it. And if I ever have to replace the diff mount bushings early because of it, it's coming off for good.

That kit looks like it might do more than the ones Tacos get, based on the extra spacers and bolts. Might be more worthwhile

Truckee is nice, if you go out by Glenshire aria you can get property for a good price.
