I’m running the same size and it’s only like about a 1mph difference at 65mph. If you search for it there’s a tire size/speed calculator on here somewhere.

Is there some scientific evidence to back this LED rodent deterrent setup?

So what is the weight of your wheels? I hadn’t really thought about the added weight but it is something to consider.

You got it! I took some time off from TW for a couple of months last year too due to my workload. Taking time off for r&r is the best kind!

No sir! Maybe an old wives tale passed down form generation to generation. I can tell you the 5 years of having the trailer in our yard as well as 6 months of the year it being in the woods with all kinds of squirrels, chipmunks and all sorts of critters we can classify as pack rats, we’ve never had a single issue with frayed wires, nests, droppings or anything bad. Maybe we’re lucky, maybe it’s bro science but we’re running with it

Did you have any rubbing with the 265/75?

Mine are 24.8 lbs a piece but wider wheel then the OR. I do believe the OR is close to that at 24.5. If you can stay somewhere around there, or even less, it’s the way to go. My 2020 Tacoma pro wheels I had were 21 or so lbs but i decided to go a this new route for the offset.

The last time I heard from him was Dec 14th. I sent him another PM on Dec 29th and have not heard back from him. It makes me worry.

Well only field test. We had either mice, rats, or squirrels bringing acorns under the hood of 2 Hondas and since we started leaving the LED lights on under the carport, we have not had a problem.

Certainly concerning but @rgljr831 indicated he heard @RivetNutBob was taking some time off for some R&R and will hopefully be back soon.
