It lowered my seat height which what I set out to do. So happy I did this. It’s lowered by 2-2&1/2”

Did you use the corbeau seat bracket or one from Planted or etc...

I went with corbeau brackets paired with sparco seats and got the opposite sensation. The seats were definitely lower...too much that I had to raise the rear by a ton. Maybe because I'm only 5'9 haha

And yes...... I vacuumed before each seat was installed. People that know my truck, know I keep it clean........where I can.

I'm definitely more Tarik Cohen and not Derrick Henry hahah

Your seats look great! Hope you get the srs light sorted. Mine is on and it annoys the hell out of me. But I sold my stock seats before I thought to rip the guts out from underneath.

That’s funny lol. This is what I used. That being said. if you find some donor seats to get the plugs, it should be able to be accomplished.

Thanks Moose. I went with them mainly because I got a great deal on Black Friday when I got them. I’ve also had wilwoods on a Nova I had in the past so I’m familiar with them. When I saw that they made a kit specifically for our trucks, it was a no brainer for me.

Did you just get them this year? Curious how they've held up and your opinion on replacement parts. I can actually score them for a pretty good deal as well.. about 20% off I believe. So they are very tempting..

I got them Black Friday of 2019 if I remember correctly. I got them and they sat for quite some time. I had them installed this past July of 20 at a buddies shop. Flawless install, only needed to hand bend the dust shield a tad which I actually did while on the lift. I haven’t looked into replacement parts, rotors or pads. However, with how long they have been around, I’m not too worried about it. I saved a box each of the pads and rotors to refer back to when I need to buy replacements. I believe you won’t go wrong with either brand. Honestly though I would buy these again. Mainly cuz they are manufacturer that has been around for a while. They do stop on a dime.....

Here you can see the shield how I bent it away off the rotor. I could have went further too.

I have those same lowers to install as well! Lol. They just showed up a couple weeks ago. Was gonna do them and the bbk at the same time. I won't have to worry about the dust shield either. I'm leaning toward the Wilwoods for sure..

You won’t be disappointed my friend. So my DK lowers. Love em......absolutely don’t need em, but I love em lol. I got them as I bought the majority of my mods....on a group buy. I figured meh, why not. I’ve gone over the top on my truck so why fuckin stop now!!! I’m actually about to buy the DK boxed uppers too off a member. I like stuff to match. That’s why in my opinion my truck looks the way it does. Clean. I stick with a company or 2 for as much as I can. TRD, URD etc.

I hear ya.. I used to be the same way.. insanely meticulous.. then that started to fade away as I put more wear and tear on the truck. now its a well built tool instead.

    Keep it clean! lol

On that same note. I keep telling myself. Let it go, beat on it a little, start off roading with my buddies that do it. If you scratch it who cares! But then my ocd kicks in. I then tell myself no way, it’s too clean and too pretty to do that stuff to it.

We have talked about moving out to AZ in a few years. If I lived in AZ or the west coast for that matter I’d love to do some semi flat trail exploring and camping. Stuff like that. I watch some vids on Instagram and just drool and wish I could experience that .

Little bit of this and that
AZ has plenty of mild wheeling/ exploring available. Also happens to be a good jump off point for exploring CA/UT/CO.

all good points. I'm born and raised here.. and I'll never leave. We have access to so much, not just in our state, but neighboring. My wife and I take annual trips up through Utah, into Colorado, Nevada, Cali, etc. wheeling and camping along the way.
Couple of my co-workers migrated over from Chicago.. They havent looked back.

Awesome!! I wouldn’t gettin dirty. My main reason for being so meticulous now is to simply combat the salt to not get cancer. Out there it would just be washing off dust and dirt
