Learned some new tricks with the drone. For those that went up with us on Blakey Mt., this is what it looks like during the day (end of video has trail info). Also, say a Tacoma goes somewhere where it should've had a snorkel (but didn't) and got mud/water in its exhaust. Then that exhaust smoked and coughed out mud for about an hour, should that owner be worried? Asking for a friend:anonymous:

I didn't realize Aslin had moved, last time I was there they were in that industrial park when they were just curbside pickup. The new place looks pretty sweet there in downtown Herndon next to Jimmy's Tavern, would love to meet up there and grab a beer.

So, related to to the pics I just posted and previous posts about my check engine light, I cleaned up the dirt around the O2 sensor and URD Y pipe. I noticed the joints on the Y pipe drip water when the truck is warming up (both upstream and downstream of the O2 sensor, but mainly downstream), kind of looks like condensate dripping from your AC on a summer day. Once the engine warms up the joints dry up. I pulled the O2 sensor and it looked OK to me, wiped it off, put it back on, unplugged the battery to reset the code, and drove it around for a bit. So far the check engine light hasn't come back on, knock on wood. I've never seen an exhaust pipe leak water like that. Apparently these Y pipes have been known to throw a code since they're deleting the secondary cats and something about the pollution they would remove getting back to the O2 sensor or something like that. I came across this product, an angled O2 simulator that is essentially an elbow that moves the O2 sensor out of the direct flow of exhaust to prevent getting a CEL code. Anyone ever use it or heard of it?

Edit: apparently the generic name for this product is a spark plug defouler

Not nearly as boozy as I feared. A little fruity up front, little boozy bite as it goes down. I liked it but it would take me a while to finish a 16oz can on my own I think.

I was cutting through Herndon from 28 when my wife asked if I wanted directions from Waze. I said sure since it had been awhile and there might be a better way to cut through to the taproom. Good thing she offered or I would have been at the wrong location. Their new taproom is pretty nice and the number of heated tents set up outside means they will be in business at the end of this winter. Unlike the breweries with the little igloos or greenhouses that want $50 rentals and a $200 minimum order for a 2hr time slot.

Hey y’all. Figured I’d throw this out there. I purchased a ford transit for my company and it came with this air compressor. Would anyone be interested in it? I figure that someone on this thread could probably use this with air tools and what not. Asking $800 but make an offer.

Yeah. Dunno what they are charging now but that was their pre-Covid rates. Old Ox has these little greenhouse things set up and want a $50 minimum order which is easy enough.

Beer, food, to-go beer...yeah, $50 is a much more reasonable goal to achieve. Has 2 silos beer gotten any better? I don't remember it being very good (in my opinion).

I had lunch with a buddy there back in October. It was my first time there. Other than the fact that you have to make an appointment just to have a beer, it was pretty good. I've had better beers before, but I've definitely had worse so there's that.

I’ve been to 2 Silos a few times. Most of the beer was ok tho I really enjoyed their cream ale. I’m not really a beer seeker though and drink about anything. Went there with family and it was definitely a nice family friendly venue at the time.
