No. Individual toe does not cause pull because it is a combined angle since they are connected by your steering. Individual toe is used to center your steering wheel. It is possible for people to confuse a non centered steering wheel with a pull because they try to keep the wheel straight and it goes, but if you take your hands off he wheel and it pulls, it isn't from toe. Caster and extreme camber are what causes a pull.

Personally I would give it more caster on the rf to compensate for the road crown. The way it is now ur truck will probably drift to the right slightly.. But if you are ok with it no problem. Caster is not a wear angle.

it's not like toe is the default steering position of your wheels or anything like that.

it's like none of you arguers have ever tried different setups on your same truck to compare things. you have no credibility with me. but the truck, it definitely does, reality speaks louder than words. experience vs. speculation or stale experience on a different platform. nm

My truck isn't stock. I stand by my assessment and years of experience. How many alignments have you done? Looks like another more "experience" forum member also shot you down. Don't be such a brat

This makes no sense. You obviously know nothing about alignments and about the angles that affect said alignment.

Unless you are planning on grinding off the spline on steering column so you can reposition it, I'm not sure how else you are going to center your steering wheel. Care to share your approach?

    that's funny.

my suggestion to you guys is simple. instead of saying 'nobody can feel that', try this: 'i cannot feel that'.

Nah, you're just wrong and won't admit it. You looked at the driver's side and saw the .10 and didn't look at the other side and see .08 which is pushing against the other side. The truck is slightly toed in. Look at the steer ahead angle .01. The only reason that's not zero is because of the difference between the two toe readings which is negligible. As @Sungod said, toe creates a crooked wheel which, subsequently, will pull when the person tries to drive with the wheel straight. Got it? Cool

Figured I'd post what tw has to say, sorry sorry op does stealing glory but good thread. Here is mine. Running MT 285/70/17s ,cmc, ADS 2.5 with 600lb coils. Installed the new shocks a few days ago and got an alightment over the weekend . Was having some severe rubbing issues so I asked them max my caster for me. Still get some rub when I am turning full lock left off road. I also adjusted my suspension collar up a few to compensate . I imagine I will have to get another alightment since it's a new kit and will take time.to break in.

I've been driving longer than you but that has nothing to do with it. you obviously drive hamfisted. if you can't feel these toe discrepancies you are numb and just talking. all these details are on tap for a sensitive-enough driver who is paying attention. so you can't perceive these things... sorry for you, you're missing out on how good these trucks can drive when things are perfectly dialed in

That is a lot of caster! Does it rub on plastic or the cab mount? I have a similar set up and don't rub with 2 degrees, but it is close. With the same wheels, I don't think I would hit the cab mount, but would probably hit plastic.

Plastic fender flares. I have molded it back using a heat gun. Helps a little. I also need to come up on the lift a tad. But it will break in more and settle as time goes. the CMC does its job, no rub there. I have even thought about removing them and molding them back a bit to make it fit, or just cut them out? who knows. my suspension should settle a bit, i have a 800 mile trip back to WA state with a few stops along the way so it should help a bit.

Jumping on @Witlocked's bandwagon to post my alignment from yesterday. Always appreciate feedback from the guys and gals who really know their stuff in their area, *ahem* @Texoma @crashnburn80 @FreshMexicanTaco @MESO and many others.

Over the weekend I installed these parts on stock truck/wheels/tires (will upgrade to larger tires later this year):

    • Wheelers 1.5" 3AAL with Superbumps

I'm not missing anything. I've aligned every kind of vehicle that can be aligned. Driven those same vehicles after aligning them. I know what I'm talking about. I guess you don't use the TPMS on our trucks either cause so sensitive to all the nuances of your truck you know as soon as a tire is a psi low :confused:o_O:bowdown::notsure:

Reverse those caster readings left to right and it's perfect. May slightly pull on a road with road crown
