If not into offroading much, i think Michelin LTX is a great tire.

I’d second that. That’s all I ever ran on my 1992 Toyota truck and 2003 pathfinder. Long life and great all round performance. However, I may try something different when my factory Firestone’s wear out on my 2020 sport depending what I do to the truck.

If i didnt go offroad in my truck, those would be the only tires i would run. Quiet, super long lasting, amazing in rain and dry pavement.

What were you thinking to try? Cooper discoverer look pretty good with all that siping. Do you offroad much?

Sad? If you dont go offroad much these tires will outperform any "non sad" looking tires on the wet/dry pavement.

I suppose your stock kevlars are much better?

I'll second that! I just put on a set a couple of weeks ago...already have 3K miles on them. 15-20 hours of that in 4WD (snow/mud) around our farm. These actually outperform the stock (Kevlar GY) tires - on and off road. I went through 2 sets of those in the past 2 years of owning the truck (85K Miles - with 15-20% in 4WD). I have been VERY impressed with this tires in the first few thousand miles!!!

This tire will hijack every conversation with a story about how its pet dog died.

Not like the Michelin's. Those tires will hand you a beer and ask how your day is going.

HAHA - I actually wanted to try Coopers...they sponsor a lot of rodeos (big fan)...I ended up with the Michelin tires however.

This is the one that corners your sister at a party and spouts uncomfortably creepy pickup lines while constantly goading her to finish the mysterious drink it just put in her hand. When you confront the tire its like "psh...fair game, its not like youre dating her, bro..."

    Both great choices IMO.

I run KO2s right now, but thats because i need them when i go offroad. I go quite a bit mostly in the summers.

If i spent most of my time on pavement, then i would have went with michelins.
