And best part it is only short drive SOUTH to the red river..

 

Lubbock is a hidden gem. I’d move there in a heartbeat. Who doesn’t love flat lands, the smell of oil, and most importantly, TTU.

 

Shush over there, Lubbock don't smell like oil, it smells quite pleasant.

 

Have you tried Houston? Or maybe just other places within California?
