3rd Gen Magnetic Gray Thread

Looks awesome! Would you mind sharing tire/wheel specs? Stock or lifted?

 

Appears to be stock height. Those are the 4Runner 17” TRD Pro wheels wrapped in 265/70R17 BFG KO2’s.

Just came across this thread, loving all of the pics. I picked up my 2021 SR a couple months ago, and recently took these pics. Slowly adding mods when the budget allows lol. It'll eventually have a better wheel/tire package, 3" lift, diamondback tonneau cover, tacomabeast headlights, etc.

 

This is correct. It is currently on the stock suspension but I am considering adding .5" spacers to the front and rear to regain the little bit of clearance I lost by upsizing the tire. It slightly rubs at full lock in reverse.

Mine is a 2017 but just grabbed an OEM 2020 grille off Facebook for $20.. Had the TRD Pro grille for three years and needed a change (no offense to TRD Pro grille owners) but for $20 I couldn't resist.

 

Digging the wheels and good on you for doing what you want with a grill. Seems most just think a pro grill with raptors lights is a necessary thing.

 

Thought about doing the same with a “take off” grill... looks good

 

@Whiskey21 Nice setup! How long are the Thule bars? Do you think 4 bikes would fit (two facing the cab and the other two facing the tailgate)?

 

Nicest SR I've seen yet! Just needs a BHLM black lugnuts and this truck would be perfect.

 

I haven’t posted on this forum in a few years so here’s what my pick up looks like now

 

I know there are thousands of pictures in this thread, but I am looking for some inspiration on what wheel-tire combo / minor lift kit I should consider for my MGM OR.

 

Just depends on what you're going for. Tall and skinny or wide and low. I went minimal lift on 285/75/16 and all I needed was a leveling kit.

 

About as rugged as I get so far. Check out the *slight* trace of mud on the tires...

Getting ready to sell my 17sr5 and move up to something else . Maybe TRD OR . This truck has been cursed from day one

 

I will double check width later, but based on 1- what type of bike/handlebars (road/mint bike) and 2 - reverse bike direction, I would think it’s possible. Weight limit on bars is fine, and I could’ve slid mine to the outside a bit more.
