Changed the oil and oil filter (Mobil 1 oil and Toyota filter).
Realized I need to install a diff. drop (grooves starting to wear on the inner boot).

I got to mounting today and these wheels are 40 lbs a piece, 12 lbs heavier than the oem tundra wheels I used to have on there. A whopping 110 lbs per corner.

A lot of sweat, tears and swear words today as I begun the process of dismounting and remounting tires onto these beadlocks. I managed to complete three tires in a 6 hour span, so 2 hours per. Just the bolts alone is 40 minutes per wheel because you want them to be absolutely perfectly evenly torqued. I think my hand may fall off.

The poke is real. It’s borderline too much and made me briefly consider adding some bushwhacker flares

Is that an Apache case in the background? If so, do you like it? Would you recommend them?

Yes it is, good eye. I have two of them. One for my primary recovery gear and one for my tools. They’re fantastic and I can’t recommend them enough. The build quality is pretty damn close to pelican.

Still need to build a new rear seat platform that fits over them.

A few mods here and there and counting....
That's some serious poke. RDJ flares would cover it nicely. They covered my -38mm wheels quite nicely.

It really is, accentuated by my lack of flares. Honestly, I’ll probably just leave it be. Im always hitting my fenders and bedsides into rocks and trees so I don’t think flares would last too long.
