Audible on the pressure washer mount, he wanted to go floor instead of wall. Hopefully this will hold up.

Four wheeler is done except for black paint on racks. Only had one center cap and picked up two new screws for the master cylinder.

The brake calipers I machined yesterday, the guy is putting them on a 1994 Mustang, converting them to GT500 brakes. He said the originals only have 1 piston, these have 4 for those that didn't catch that earlier

He bought these from Rock Auto, the bosses will get changed on the other one to match the offset holes.

:rofl:to be truthful, I believe that a Millwright (turbine crew) local purchased it a few outages ago. They didn't take with them so guess acouple of our mechanic dudes swiped it...so yeah it's a little warm...I wouldn’t say hot . Lots of catching up to do here. I got out of work about 4 AM. Then woke up and hit post office, O'REILLY, ACE Hardware, then Walmart. Took a look at kids Blazer and contemplating just take to stealership for repair. Ugh, big sigh.

Nice repair on that head. Hate it when the easy out or tap, or even a drill breaks. Solid carbide center cutting end mill time.
I've heard about the crayon trick but never tried it yet. I know just getting the parts hot then spray with penetrating juice it will suck in, so I imagine a crayon works good too! Crayon may be less chance of damage from heat / rapid cool..

That's pretty good thinking, but the NGLI shit that the truck uses leaks like a stuck pig from both ends. I blame it on the Vato'Zone special grease gun, so for the interim, it sits in the oil catch pan.
