Most of the tires out chunk on rocks that is one thing you aren't going to avoid. Some worse than others. One of the trade offs. From the Kanatis I've seen they need more babying to keep the tread from feathering and I've seen cunking just on the street just regular bro-dozer stuff no offroading.

 

Yeah Falkens are heavy ass tires or else id get another set in a bigger size. I really would like to stay around 65 pounds and 34x11.5

You mean you didn't drive around the day after the install to complete the break in process

 

This is the trail that cut my tires, I was one of three that cut tires on this trail. Not sure if it would have made any difference what tire I ran, a long trail and a lot of sharp rocks.

 

You can wheel on the breaking period. I was told that by ECGS and i did haha. But i understand totally about wife

Yea they said its mainly at higher speeds that you need to let the diff cool. Low end speeds are fine.

 

Also, I bought a drill pump I hopefully can use to fill back up with gear oil. Pumping all that by hand suckedddd. I should have remembered how bad it sucked last time.

Should I ride around a little in 4wd too? Can do a mile or so a day on the gravel driveway commute haha
