Nope wife had me put up a feeder in the middle of January

Well i can learn a few things.. I really don’t know the bag limits , I know the season starts in early spring da smoker is already screaming for sum meat

 

4 cups water to 1 cup sugar. Also, beware they can turn into a bit of a commitment. I could feed mine in the winter back at our old house but I got annoyed with them starting to get aggressive. Also make sure you heavily clean the feeders in between feedings because they can start to grow and transfer bacteria to them.

Ohh damn I seen a few so far but I thought they hibernated in the winter or flew south

 

I believe some migrate but not all. Since it's winter it may take a few for them to notice the feeder but don't give up if they're common in your area. Also, keep it in the same spot.

I’ll let the wife know We had a few visit at the old house but she gave up on cleaning and filling it up .. let’s see how long this lasts

 

Nothing would surprise me there. At one point I was filling 2 4-cup feeders almost twice a week.

 

I think I read somewhere the ones that do migrate head to South America or Mexico
