I was happy with KM2s in the rocks but they were rollerskates in snow and rain

Worst MT I ever had was Dick Cepek Crushers. They were so loud and had such crazy lugs that my hood would audibly vibrate at 5-10mph

Cooper fanboy here. STT Pro was/is my fav tire. Currently have Toyo MTs and am patiently awaiting the day I glide peacefully into an oncoming semi...

I have a similar feeling about them in the rain/snowy streets. Great off road though. They will not be worn out and sold with half tread.

half tread but you can probably get 2/3 of what you paid new because the used tire market is fucky

I picked up a set of 5 for $500 with nearly 100% tread left on them last year. They were old and I won't get into that argument, but stored indoors properly and no weathering.
My wallet was happy and it was the most cost effective route to get on 35s w/ a full sized matching spare.

I loved my STT Pros. Switched to Grabber X3s when I went to 37s. So far I have noticed similar performance in the dry stuff in colorado and utah, need to get out into the snow to compare the fluffy stuff

I had a couple sets of the maxxis buckhorn on my old Tacoma. They were a great tire for the price and I thought did real well.
