Safety Connect subscription service. You can press it and an operator will answer and tell you about the service and fees. It offers call for help, airbags deploy they'll call you and if no response they'll send someone, vehicle theft location.

And my guess, it also allows Toyota to gather data on mileage and speeds, etc. Even if not signed up for the service.

In the picture of the OP's post of the overhead panel what are the buttons "Open, Close, Up, Down?"

Push that button and your Toyota transforms into a Ford. (Non running)

Does this feature only work with the subscription or is it now a standard feature of the toyota safety suite?
