What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

I was going to install the Suma mirrors, but the passenger one came broken. Assuming it cracked when they were stuffed in the box. Still waiting to hear back from Suma.

 

Damn. Just installed mine this past weekend. The field of view on them are crazy. But the convex def takes some getting used to. Hope it all gets sorted out for ya.

Yeah, I've had mine for a about a year and a half, took me a few weeks to get used to it.

I drive a truck at work that has some wicked ones under the regular mirrors. The Sumas look like the perfect middle ground.

Pulling stickers and badges

 

I took some 1” x 1/8” aluminum stock and bent up a quick and dirty mount for my cheap Chinese relay / fuse box.





Hit them quickly (a little too quickly) with a rattle can.



Then slapped it all together:

Okay, still getting things ready for my truck due to be delivered next month. Picked up a set of Toyo AT III's at a great deal. I'm not too crazy about the side wall, but the pair I currently have, have been great. Stepping up to 285/70/17's this time. Can't wait.

 

Finally installed some stuff thats been sitting in the mod pile for far too long.

Meso chrome delete and Start button. Went with 2 tone in mgm and red for the AC vents, then mgm for the rest (still need to do a couple items)


Gotta show off that sweet TRD glow!


No pics but I also put on a Meso extended fuse box cover after installing the ECT always on mod. It got pretty exhausting always having to hit another button after starting up the truck, but now thats a thing of the past!

What divider is that? OEM says it won’t fit with the cover. Thanks

 

Looks like OEM, I was looking at them but eventually got a net. If I remember correctly it will fit if under the OEM cover if you turn the adjustment knobs upside down.

 

it’s OEM. Fits under a bed cover if you mount the brackets upside down (left bracket on the right and right bracket on the left) so the knobs are on the underside of the bracket.
