    They are a must but it is how Toyota keeps cost down. Where I live a loaded Ranger Lariat FX4 is $5-6k more than the Tacoma
    What is up with the red interior? Is that a special edition of sorts? I have never seen it before. Only thing similar I have seen was the ugly brown in the Limited.

    I have to respectfully mention used vehicles. Every 2012-2015 Tacoma I’ve looked at this week was 18k-24k (of course there’s some who want 28k but we just ignore those ha).

    The brown interior is supposed to convey luxury.... personally not a fan. I have felt the Gen 3 Limiteds were pretty overpriced....might as well just get a TRD Pro as they aren't much more than a decked out Limited.

    Yeah they did not do the brown well. Even Ford can do it decently lol. Now I wonder where someone can purchase the red trim from?

    On the SR5 4x4 DCLB when you build it on Tacoma website, you can see the red interior option. I have seen 4-5 trucks in the USA with it when I was searching.

    I couldnt find any low mile used ones locally. All my local dealers who had used were 30K+ for reasonable miles, in a DCLB4x4.

    Personally I like the brown interior.

    That said, TRD PRO doesn't have the long bed, which many of us want and use :)

    That is for the entire panel though. Not just the padded parts. Although I still anticipate it being expensive.

    The door panels are stupid easy to swap. There are a few tricky clips that like to go missing or break.
