Our two dogs and I resent your comment :angrygirl: I feel so attacked :pout:
I miss that commercial! I miss commercials in general. We just don't have cable, streaming only.
Datsuns are the only ones on the list that will turn to Swiss cheese no matter what climate it lived in or who owned and maintained it. Those things were made out of shit metal!
Screw that, get this turbo Honda K24 swapped Smart Car!

That's one of the best photos I think you could frame in the moment. You should post it up! Unless you know.. You're facing legal action or something...

I'm trying to keep my interest in the vehicles I own. That is my struggle. I get bored and trade. It's awful lol. I want to pay off the STi, sell the Crosstrek, and once I find the perfect 17+ F250, I will possibly sell the 1999 (and with the way the market is going, I can probably retire off the profit of selling a 22 year old pre-emissions truck  )
    NH is pretty cost effective!

You can still find clean 510's on Craigslist or Ebay, in the drier, salt-free parts of the country. If I won the lottery I'd totally pick one of those up. Or a Vtec-swapped original mini cooper.

Nothing wrong with that especially since you're super fast-tracking the mortgage. My goal is 7 more years of mine, though I might be more like 6 now. I could be better with spending insofar as concerts though since those don't really give a tangible thing.

Those are pretty sweet, about 100K or more I think though.

THIS. Not like they close 5 minutes early which is one thing but that example is bullshit. Went out for smokes the other night and some asshole was going 20 in a 45 which meant I just missed the closing time. Your example, I would also be calling the store manager as well as finding the owner.

Smoke and mirrors methinks. My sis is one who is way above her means, 3 kids and is always buying newer cars, going shopping and out to eat, and god forbid the kids ever hear the word "no"..I can't even.

My plan as well once my parents are no longer alive, move south. We could pay cash for a nice house and my wife could retire.

By the time he's 40 you'll be ready to trade on a 25 year old..but if he gets injured that timetable could ramp up. Just dont get yourself injured or you might have to keep him beyond 40

Let us know what you think of those Yokohamas. I think they are going to be my next tire. They are ~$230/ tire vs. ~$260 for the Falken AT3W's ive got now in a 33 for my 18" tundra wheels. Plus we have 10% off on tirebuyer though work.

Been furloughed since last March from the company I have been with for 16 years. We got hit hard since it was event/meetings based A/V company. With uncertainty of unemployment going into the end of last year , I started looking hard for jobs. A good friend mine, who works for Select Demo Services, reached out asking me if I wanted to get into the union and start working for them. I said hell yeah! Got on with the Monday before Christmas and I have been working with them since. I was able to get into Local 151 Laborers Union. I am so damn happy and blessed to be working again!

So far, I am making more money with set hours and A LOT less stress compared to my old position as Rigging Coordinator (management/salary position). No more working 60-80 hour weeks in the busy season without getting paid for it! I do miss some of my coworkers though...

Eitherway, I feel extremely lucky and blessed to land where I did in these current times.

    Or have it shipped back..

Different application of course but I have the Avid Ascent Yoko's on mine, got about 15K on them since October 19. Work great even in the shitty weather and I'm only 2 wheel drive

We do a lot of work with Select, they’re good people there. Every job we’ve hired them for, they’ve been top notch so i’d say you landed in a good spot! We currently have their spray division on my project now. Congrats on the new position and I hope it works out for you!
NO! I want snow dammit! I’m sick of looking at and dealing with a mud pit of a back yard from the constant freeze thaw cycle we’ve had lately for weather!
