They charged me twice for shipping too ($18). I emailed Kelly and stated my invoice that I received shows a total charge of $XXX.XX, but I was actually charged $XXX.XX. Kelly said it was a mistake due to them changing to a new system. It took them about a week to credit my card back, but she was very polite and apologetic about the whole thing. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything.

Call them, who knows their new system will notify back order items correctly. I did after waiting for a week, not to Kelly but customer service and she took care of it. A long 45 minutes of wait in line but better than never.

Received mine and installed yesterday. Wife saw the box and said hmmmm....what did those set you back. I told her and she congratulated me on a good deal but said I should have got husky liners instead. Anyway I love them and they were worth the wait. :D

Got my tracking number for the rear liners a few days ago, should be here on Monday (if FedEx Ground hasn't been smoking too much to get their shit together and take them to the apartment leasing office, as is usually the case, unfortunately).

    Patience is indeed a virtue.

Weathertech is the most awful company I have ever dealt with! After participating in this group buy and forfeiting my $139.00, I received floor mats for a Ford F-150. I contacted their customer service, which took over 30 minutes on hold, and was told that they would ship out the correct product immediately. Needless to say, 1 month later and 3 more phone calls to customer service, I still have not received the correct product nor any correspondence from the company whatsoever! I am a former Deputy Sheriff that is well versed in the law. I will be pursuing this further.

My advice, do not do business with Macneil Automotive!

Sorry you had a bum experience with them. What you need to remember though, is its the holiday season, and they are swamped im sure like all retail businesses. Unfortunately you got a raw end, but you also have to look at how many positive customer expeirences they've put out. I know you will probably never buy from them again, but I had a great experience with them, and alot of other members have as well. I would advise ppl that its like any other business, things happen, no system is perfect. They are nice enough to extend to us a group buy and take our large volumn order. I still would reccomend them, they have a really excelent product, even if their customer service could use some work.

Got mine on Friday! Was able to order from the US and saved a bundle thanks to this group buy (Canadian site was selling them for $200+). Thanks JP!

I agree. Their customer service blows. I had to talk to three different CS folks, over the course of a week, to get erroneous charges taken off my card. Like I've said before, they need to spend a little less on all the freaking advertising they do in magazines, and apply it to customer service. Unless they aren't concerned about repeat buyers, of course. If they aren't, their current model will work well.

I missed my first call from Kelly, made 6 return calls and sent 2 emails before getting contacted to confirm the order. I have an order invoice dated 11/30. Still no ship date. Can't get through to customer service. I'm trying to be patient, but its been a month since the list went to them. Even with 180 orders, its only like 9-10 orders per business day.

I consider myself a very patient person, but I would like to know what's going on.

First, I should say I greatly appreciate whoever organized this group buy. A lot of work, I'm sure, and a great product!
With that said, same as the last few stories. They over charged me by $36 a month ago and still have not refunded. I finally got the rest of my order last week, and I'm told everything is handled after waiting on hold for 20 or more minutes. Would I do this again? NO

I’m reading a lot of comments about people dealing with their customer service and having a difficult time getting their refunds for the double charge of shipping. All I did was emailed Kelly and let her know I was charged twice and she apologized and took care of it for me that same week. I didn’t deal once with their customer service as the way I see it is whoever quoted me the final price, took my credit card info, and emailed me the final invoice is the person who needs to fix the double charge.

I would suggest to everyone who has been overcharged to email Kelly (respond to the invoice email she sent so she has the exact info). I know some people say that’s not her job, but she charged my card, she should be the one to fix it.

Yup, she is who took care of me! I got the wrong color for another vehicle as well as extra charges. She hooked me right up. It did take her a couple days to respond, but she did and was very professional about it. I emailed her first about the charge, she explained to me it was the new system and would be taken care of. About a week later I recieved the wrong color when I emailed her about it, she told me she would send me the shipping label and then keyed in on the charges, to reasure me that she had not forgotten. She gets an A+ from me! For me, it isn't always how accurate my orders are, but more so how well I am taken care of after the fact that keeps me coming back. I did the last WT group buy as well. I had a few issues with that one as well, but with an email to the person who sold them to me, everything is taken care of. WT is a great company IMHO and they make a great product. We have to remember that since it was a GB then calling Customer Service may not be the easiest way to fix problems. Cudos to Kelly for all the hard work and dedication she has put tword us TWers!!!!
