I have this set up exactly. Very happy with it. Though I did this mod within the first 100 miles of ownership, no apparent change in ride quality.

I have the Revtek 1.5” up front and icon AAL 1.5 with overload leaf. Ground to fender measures 38.5 front and 39.5 back.

Anyone else leave the overload spring or using icon 1.5 AAL with theirs?

I don't have the overload leaf in because I never received it. Just following up here, nothing rubs with the RXT option 1 and Westcott up front with CMC. 285/75/16. Even with 800lbs on the back of the vehicle and stock bumpers.

Whats the best leaf pack to use to get some rear lift for a mostly stock Pro?

I have the overload on my rear with the AAL so I sit about an inch higher in back. I’m thinking about putting a .5” leveling spacer on the front with my revtek spacers to help level it out. Anyone done this or know if there would be an issue?

I like this Westcott setup, but have you done a full articulation run and do they still not rub?

I can verify no rub at full articulation. I’m working a travel nurse contract in Tucson right now, and I’ve been able to run some trails around here and Sedona, and the truck performed flawlessly. I just ordered some Wescott sliders, since his shop is only a little over an hour from here

Can anyone tell me what they paid to have a shop install the full westcott kit?
I’ve been on the fence on doing it myself but a local shop quoted $1006 for install and alignment. Which seems really high in my opinion.

It took me 3hrs. However, I have a hoist.
Once the lower control arms swing down and out of the way, there are only 3 nuts holding the front strut in. It'll slide right out. Pre-soak the spring seat collar with pb blaster right after you take the wheels off and let it soak while your doing other work. My collars popped off with just a few hits. Assembly of the new components is also a breeze. I have a wall mount spring compressor but opted to use some 20 dollar compressors from Amazon so I could work on the bench. The rear is also easy depending on wether you use the supplied blocks or more involved if you bought a new leaf. Pay attention to the orientation of the top and botton strut mounts. It'll make it easier on install if you have them close to how it was stock. I actually really like the ride feel of the fox with Westcotts preload. Firmer and more solid feeling. My alignment was 80 bucks and its going back Friday because it pulls to the left.
Good luck. I would guess a shop would charge 3hrs shop rate plus alignment. Little more for ad-a-leaf.

Definitely high, the shop I got it done at said it took 4hrs doing front and did the icon RXT in the rear. Drove it straight to an alignment shop and got that done for $100. That shop also does lifetime alignment for $200 which I might do after my warranty expires.

Also, if you have a pair of washer looking things left over when you’re done...they’re bump stop extensions

I laughed at myself when I made a note on the work bench to remember to put those on. Ha!
