OVTune Master Key???

Does anyone know how long it takes to get the master key emailed? I placed an order on 01/03/2021, still no key yet. I've checked my spam, junk, everything... not an email anywhere.

Tried reaching out to OVTune via email, via TW, etc... no responses.

Have you contacted Mat via Zendesk ? https://vftuner.com/

Go to the bottom of the page ....... hit the Support button.

Also ..... Mat may not see your post here on TW.

and check your SPAM folder ......

He probably does know who you are ..... use your order number & the original email addy of your
original order when you post on Zendesk.

 

I went to the OVTuned website, clicked the help button on the bottom right... I did that, I used order number and email addy, I waited the 3-5 business days (waited even longer than that). I've checked spam, I've also emailed ZenDesk with order number from the purchasing email. Checked SPAM daily... nothing.

 

Ok ...... sounds like you've done all the right things.

No worries, I'm not bad mouthing the guy or anything... I just don't know what else to do... and then on top of that I'm going to have to wait another 2-4 days to get the software lined up. Also bought the Tune Pack... so essentially $800 dollars in and just a cable to show for it... at least I got my Techstream working ha

Just an update, I finally got the key from OVTune, thank you for all the help.
