    Is this a failed bushing?

The fact that the gap is almost flush on this side than that of the gaps on the driver side. The driver side gaps are at least 3/4” while the passenger side front and rear are almost flush even though the alignment is spot on. This is also the only side I’m still having and annoying clunk noise, even with both sides being torgued identical.

Are the LCA bushings original on both sides/front and rear of arm?
The clunk can be from a worn or failed bushing. The bushings don't last forever and tend to tear. The original bushings are connected to the sleeve at the top and bottom and that is where they tear.
If you have clunking and have narrowed it down to the LCA, you should replace all 4 bushings and make sure your alignment bolts and sleeves are free before you take anything apart.

That’s the thing, all 4 arms are brand new. Check out my previous thread.

Thanks for your input @Sailor_Nick I’ve torqued down the bolts a little tighter and noise seems to have stopped. I’ll monitor it see if that was the issue.

Check it again in another month or so. I had a similar problem and had to retorque them a couple of times before they stopped loosening. I greased the hardware really well when I replaced mine so that may have added to it. BUT, I didn't want them seized again in another year or two.
And I'm sure you know to torque them with the weight of the vehicle on the suspension, at ride height. I always put mine up on ramps to do this. I gives you a little more room.

You can't see into the bushing rubber without it removed from the truck...

and with your years and mileage
    the answer is probably Yes

Ok so I found my problem, the sleeve for the front right bushing slipped out for some reason, and was binding in the LCA. I’ve removed the arm and pressed it back in as best I can with two pieces of 2x4 and a sledge, I’m happy to say that the noise is finally gone! Thanks again guys for the input. I think the sleeve slipped out from driving to the alignment shop with a jacked up alignment. ‍♂️
