There are currently 2 sets on Craigslist right now both for $200

 

Comparing the F5s to a set of TE37s, they are ~1/3 the price and only weigh 2lbs more per wheel. Seem like a great deal to me

I guess you dont understand what I mean by a Supreme like product. I do not mean the cost and quality. I like the wheels/cost and quality.
The fact that you cannot go on the site and make an order, or even pre-order and have to wait for an instagram drop-post makes it a Supreme style product.
So to get wheels I have to sit on Insta everyday for weeks, just to know when they're available ? Come on haha
How are there no F5's in stock if they're flow formed and theres a massive demand?
Its a modern day business model to hold back supply, and create hype/following.

For what it’s worth, I really wanted the Ray 10s in a dark bronze but if I can’t ever get a chance to buy them, then what is the point?

I even know they’re probably higher quality than my Methods, but I can’t sit around waiting for them to magically be available if I’m ready to buy.

Right, I just wanted to clarify. If they had them on the site I would have gotten them.
Looking at other wheels that are available though.

Looks like methods r in stock , and some FN 5 spokes that clear the calipers. Reason I want the F5 is they clear tundra brake and my manual hubs. Hard to find a wheel that has been test fit for that.

 

No mob here, I don't even have SCS wheels - just a lot of respect for the product and the man behind it

 

I’ve been impressed with my SCS experience. When I bought mine I went and picked them up from the warehouse and talked to the owner for awhile. They are good folks!

The wheels also look NOICE. I usually get at least one compliment or whiplash head turn from someone a week.

Thats very vague, so it depends. One is a business model, one is a supply chain issue, so.... Very different.

I mean the list goes on.
I can order something that is out of stock at most companies, here, I cannot.
